We are proud to announce that Trifles has been rated by local brides and voted Best of Knot Weddings 2008/2009.
Welcome Spring 2009!
Here it is, April 5th and we are expecting a winter storm tonight. Only 6 - 10 inches of snow forecasted for southeastern Michigan. Snow will not stop the Easter bunny from delivering solid chocolate bunnies and other delightful sweets to Trifles. Call ahead to order custom desserts and baskets for your family and friends.

So much has happened as we all waited and watched Metro Detroit endure the criticism of the nation as our automotive companies sought a bridge loan in DC. As I write this, the North American Auto Show is underway and things are looking much brighter.
Detroit shines like no other, especially when it comes to weddings! Trifles has delivered wedding cakes and chocolate fountains to some of the most elegant and chic venues the country has to offer. Pine Knob, Addison Oaks, Waldenwoods, Glen Oaks, Henry Ford Estates, and Grosse Pointe War Memorial are mansions that inspire, especially when seen fully decorated for weddings. The Hyatt Regency, Royal Park Hotel and Somerset Inn are just a few examples of hotels that offer sumptuous wedding banquets and we've been happy to deliver Trifles' cakes there too!
As for destination or city weddings, there are great places such as The Roostertail, The Gem, The Fillmore, Coach Insignia, The Henry Ford and Lovett Hall where we have placed beautiful cakes. And if that is not enough, Southeastern Michigan also has gracious golf course venues like Baypointe, Beacon Hill, and Cherry Creek to name only a few!
The list goes on and on. Of one thing I am convinced: Detroit knows how to put on a world-class wedding. Fellow vendors are top notch creative stylists who out-perform the best in the industry.
